This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of managers in a true leadership position where you will play a critical role in the strategic direction and overall success of the region. You will be highly supported by the Area Manager and the Regional GM for WA as you fully integrate into your new role.

Reporting to the Area Manager for WA you will:
Onboard, train, develop and manage the performance of a team of consultants governing quality and compliance standards across your teams portfolio
Provide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
Be an integral part of the WA leadership team responsible for executing customer growth initiatives
Achieve business, human capital and financial goals for the team
Manage a small portfolio of claims
Have full flexibility to manage your days and weeks as you see fit including Working From Home flexibility.

What will make you successful:
Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA as an EP, ASORC/RCAA)
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Ability to engage and lead across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal (either as an accomplished or emerging leader)
Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
Experience working within the Workcover WA scheme
