The Role: As our Therapy Administration Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our therapists can focus on what they do best - helping our clients thrive. From coordinating schedules and managing appointments to overseeing invoicing and generating reports, you'll be at the heart of our operations, making a real difference every day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a diverse team of professionals.
  • Previous experience in diary management or scheduling, with healthcare experience being a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and confidentiality are a must, along with the ability to make informed risk assessments and escalate issues as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs is essential.
  • Valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS worker screening check, and First Aid Training.
