We are looking for an engaging, collaborative and driven Clinician to provide a range of workplace initiatives including management of high level complex intake, triage and clinical coordination of Assure’s services, managerial and executive support, individual counselling and coaching, critical incident response, onsite support and training and facilitated discussions in focus sessions.
You will have regular and active involvement with multilevel key stakeholders including our internal support teams, Assure Customers and our affiliate APM Group businesses.
What you’ll bring:
Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
Broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
Ability to work collaboratively to identify solutions and opportunities to effect positive proactive and reactive personal and workplace improvements with our customers and clients
Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention
Strong leadership/management experience
The ability to analyse and interpret data and key trends
Report writing and program design
The ability to partner with customers and key stakeholders
Demonstrated commercial acumen
