This role could be a great fit for someone looking for flexibility. Commencing as 3 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (22.8 HRS). The role can also develop into a full time role over time, if you wish.

The role
APM Futures delivers highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.
You will be motivating, mentoring and supporting personal growth, helping your participants to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.
Provide support and mentorship to participants that encourages skills development and increases their capacity for work
Deliver person centered supports to participants transitioning for school to work
Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration
Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
Part-time position working (22.8hrs) Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
To be considered, you will have...
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
have current First Aid and CPR
Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
be able to pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
be able to pass and complete an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
