Rebecca pivoted her career from customer service into Employment Services

In this chat with Rebecca, we hear about how she took her career from working in a customer service in a call centre, to now working in Employment Services as an Employment Consultant with APM. Rebecca shares what skills she was able to use from her past work to successfully pivot her career into a new industry. We also learn about some of the broader skills that are needed to become an Employment Consultant, and what a typical week on the job is like.
