In every interaction, our clients always come first and often their first port of call at APM is our Customer Service Centre – a team of over 120 based in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria, supporting the broader APM team by arranging appointments, organising assessments, and managing a range of important client-focused processes across our businesses and brands.
Our Customer Service Centre is focused on delivering a quality experience for our clients, helping them to feel confident in the services we provide, as well as supported in their connection with APM.
