Building careers and recognising excellence in APM’s Customer Service Centre
Chloe Hatswell joined APM’s Customer Service Centre in 2022 as a Client Services Coordinator supporting Konekt - one of Australia’s leading workplace rehabilitation and healthcare solutions providers and part of the APM Group. In this role, Chloe was assisting clients with booking pre-employment medical appointments.
Keen for more responsibility and demonstrating a good understanding of how to create a positive experience for our clients, Chloe recently took on a role where she helps clients move a step closer to securing employment by reviewing pre-employment medical reports, ensuring the quality of the report being submitted to potential employers.

A worthwhile change
The allied health industry was new to Chloe having previously worked with construction businesses, and she finds her work here meaningful and interesting, and enjoys the variety in her day.
“This is the first role I’ve had where I’m often exposed to new experiences. Even though the learning process can make me anxious, with the support of my leaders and colleagues, I find I can challenge myself to try out new approaches and tasks without too much worry.
“I experienced mental illness as a teenager when I entered the corporate world at the age of 17, and I was relieved to find such a supportive culture at APM. My role aligns with my passion for wanting to make a difference and I wish I’d found APM a lot sooner!”

Earlier this year, Chloe was honoured to receive the Rising Star Award in the Auscontact Awards for South Australia, recognising the outstanding contribution of an employee with less than 12 months experience in a contact centre.
“I was proud and grateful that my leaders nominated me for the award. It reinforced the important nature of the work I do at APM, and the impact I can have to make a difference in the lives of others. It motivates me to try even harder to deliver exceptional customer service.”
