From Graduation to Success: Natalie’s Journey as a Rehabilitation Consultant
Joining as a graduate in 2023, Natalie’s career journey is a testament to her empathy for clients, adaptability, and passion for growth. Within just five months, she was honoured with the Best New Starter Award at the annual APRA NSW Awards.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant for Interact (part of the APM Group), Natalie’s approach is centred on empathy and support, and she understands the profound impact that work has on people’s lives. She shares:
“I find a lot of people identify with what they do for work, when that’s taken away from them, it can have huge impacts. I really enjoy being a support person… in gaining their identity back.”
