Here’s this month’s spotlight on some real stories, from real people, that highlight the work we do here at APM and the positive impact we can have.
Thrive doing what you love: Brithany
You can't wipe the smile of Brithany's face as she thrives in her apprentice position at the animal hospital. She's glad to have found the role thanks to Dynamic Workforce Solutions - a U.S workforce training organisation and part of the APM Group – and is excited to be doing what she loves - Brithany says it's the perfect recipe to learn, succeed, and be better!
Her mentor, Dr. Terry Pettey says it's so important to have that guidance and passion to learn and grow, and he sees that in Brithany as she walks through the doors every day.
Embracing change: Jaesun
Jaesun Jung says "everyone needs a job", and this rings true for him having experienced hardship after losing his job at the bank where he worked for the majority of his life - he was not ready for an early retirement.
As the breadwinner of the family, the change in circumstances caused a lot of stress and anxiety for Jaesun, until Ingeus Korea helped him secure a job that he loves as a public bus driver. Now with a brighter outlook, Jaesun says that it's much better than doing nothing as you get older!
Coming out of his shell: Ashley
Taking the first step on your journey to employment can be tough. There's a lot to learn and it helps to have someone supporting you. APM was there with Ashley every step of the way, supporting him succesfully into his first professional role. The dedicated support Ashley received through the Workforce Australia program was delivered by APM Employment Services.
