About the role:
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will make your footprint across our most high-profile military portfolio. Support current ADF members and Veterans return to work and return to wellness:
Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities for our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants
Develop relations and provide account management within the ADF and DVA
Provide on-site support to locations within your remit
Implement & monitor strategies to maintain quality & compliance standards
Achieve business, human capital and financial goals for the team.
Building excellence in people is at the heart of this role. Primarily located on-base with the team at HMAS Kuttabul, with some ability to work in a hybrid capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or emerging leader currently working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.
As a Team Manager you will understand that meeting the needs of our customer is definitive to our commercial success. You will collaborate with our major client The Australian Defence Force to deliver exceptional service across this portfolio. This is an ideal role for a Senior or Lead Rehabilitation Consultant who has experience working in the DVA space to make the next step in the career journey.

What will make you successful:
Degree qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Exercise Physiologist, Nurse, Osteopath, Social worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor
Australian Citizenship
Experience in management, leadership or the demonstrable ability to step up and lead teams
Full registration with AHPRA, ESSA as an EP or ASORC
A proven track record of achieving long-lasting outcomes
Passion for injury prevention, early intervention and return to health / work outcomes
The ability to lead through a robust clinical quality framework that is evidence-based and uses best practice methodologies
Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills
