Lifecare is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time role working to support our Allied Health team in Murdoch. We are open to flexible arrangements for school hours.

You will support the Clinic in providing quality service delivery and maintaining a tidy and well organised safe workplace.

In this role you will be...

  • Partaking in reception duties by providing responsive and efficient clerical services to team members and to the general public
  • Maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Establishing medical records for new patients and maintain appropriate storage of records
  • Managing stock, including ordering, inputting and sales coding and managing equipment repairs
  • Helping patients prepare for Treatment (dressing and undressing).
  • Maintaining the Hydro Pool area and checks of the pool regularly
  • Provide patient care and handling in the Hydro area.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask 
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
