APM are looking for Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Workforce Australia program, with the aim of placing participants into sustainable employment. 

This role will be working across the Riverina.

Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM?

Experience within the Employment Services sector is not essential, but it is highly regarded. If you are self-driven, hungry to succeed and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality or other), business development, account management, and/or outbound calling then this role could be perfect for you! 

A day in the life of a Business Development Manager

  • No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers
  • Develop and maintain employer and community networks
  • Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment
  • Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
  • Comply with compliance and database input requirements
