What we need from you:

• Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
• Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
• Broad experience providing individual coaching, counselling and support for personal and work-related issues
• A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
• Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention or a dedicated willingness to learn
• Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
