We are seeking a motivated FIFO Occupational Hygiene Technician to join our team to deliver onsite services flying ex Perth.  The successful applicant will work on various mine sites in regional WA, but will be closely supported by our Biosymm team and our client's workforce.

You will be responsible for collection of personal atmospheric, noise dosimetry and water samples, respiratory and hearing protection fit testing, provision of training and education to teams, reporting and inspections and analysis and provision of reports on contaminant samples in reference to WHS legislation. 

What you need:

  • Degree qualification in science or related field 
  • Previous experience as an Occupational Hygiene Technician
  • IFAP trained Surface Ventilation Technician / Officer
  • Proficiency in quantitative RPD / HPD fit testing methods 
  • Proficiency in spirometry (lung function) testing and results interpretation
  • Mining experience preferable
