Working part time from home, you will join a growing psychology-based organisation that values experience and is well-respected in the workplace wellbeing industry. 
 
As a Clinician in the Immediate Response Team (IRT), you will work with clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The IRT service operates 24/7 and has a combination of booked phone or video appointments, inbound phone support and text/chat support lines.

What we need from you
 
• Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work with current registration or membership
• Broad experience across mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns
• Values-led approach to supporting a client’s wellbeing journey
