Reporting to the Head of People Solutions and being based in either West Perth or Sydney, you will be a trusted advisor to our health portfolios and will have the ability to build and maintain both strategic and credible relationships across the businesses.
You will join our People and Culture team where you will be working alongside an exceptional team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity.
What you will do
Providing professional, business-focused HR services across the given portfolios
Coaching and supporting leaders to enable them to assume increasing people management responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of people change initiatives including integration and transformation activities and performance optimisation activities
Managing remediation efforts relating to HR issues and concerns
Improving employee engagement and employee retention rates
What you will bring
Bringing your exceptional, proactive communication and influencing skills, you will be confident in building and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels of an organisation through building credibility, respect, and rapport along with;
Relevant tertiary qualifications and or applied industry experience
Demonstrated Generalist HR experience including ER / IR
Demonstrated success in a Business Partnering capacity
Ability to source, synthesise and analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data to recognise trends and develop recommendations
