About the role

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services

You’ll also need to:

  • Have a tertiary qualification (Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work)
  • Hold current registration or membership with the relevant industry body – AHPRA, ASORC or AASW)

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Check and provide a current Working with Children Check.
