Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist)

Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.

  • Perform a variety of assessments including ADL’s, functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and ergonomic assessments;
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers;
  • Support a dual customer caseload – ADF and DVA.

Work location may vary between the Acumen office and customer worksite with some work from home options. Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual arrangements available.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
