The Opportunity:

In this role, you will provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to a paediatric caseload, directly supporting children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and intervention sessions with a diverse caseload.
  • Delivering one-on-one interventions centred on evidence-based practices.
  • Offering services in our well-equipped clinic, client homes, schools, and via telehealth.
  • Administering assessments, providing direct and indirect interventions, and collaborating with families, teachers, and support staff.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality, evidence-based outcomes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • 2 or more years experience in a similar role
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact through engaging and enjoyable therapy for families
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities, along with confidence in engaging with children and their families
  • Compliance with necessary regulations, including AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, and a valid Driver’s License.
