The Position:

We are looking to fill a leadership position in our WorkCare team. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and take on a varied role, with responsibility for:

  • Supervising a team of approximately between 4 and 7 consultants
  • Supporting the delivery of employee KPIs and operational targets
  • Management of service delivery standards
  • Strong leadership and direction 
  • A real passion for creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Coaching, training and development of the team
  • Demonstrating a personal high standard on your own cases

Essential Attributes:

  • Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation Counselling 
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/ASORC or ESSA
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in injury management/rehabilitation and/or clinical settings 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills ·
  • Experience in case management/account management/client assessments
  • Experience managing on and off site teams; knowledge and experience in staff recruitment, induction and training
  • High level organisational skills
