Our team share their thoughts on why they love coming to work every day

Early Start Australia (ESA) is working towards a brighter future for all Australians.

Our mission is to enable better lives, helping children and families navigate a sometimes-challenging journey through childhood and teenage years.

Our dedicated team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech pathologists, and other specialised therapists, deliver evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to help meet growth and developmental goals.

Nurturing the nurturer

We know a strong team needs strong leadership and at ESA we are committed to creating a caring and supportive work environment for those who work with us.

Helping our people to advance their careers and continue building specialist knowledge of their chosen field is something we’re passionate about.

We’re proud to offer each team member a generous professional development allowance that helps to support their career goals.

This is our further investment in creating positive outcomes for clients who depend on them to deliver the very best and most comprehensive care possible.

Our clinics have a small, personal feel and we’re fortunate to have a great client services team that lets our practitioners focus on providing the very best of care.

I joined ESA as a graduate and love being a part of the team. I know that ESA values my own personal growth and allows me to seek out new challenges so that I am always learning.

Amity - Provisional Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor

My ESA journey has been amazing. Working with children is engaging and fulfilling, they present as their genuine selves and they’re not afraid to say what they’re thinking.
