Working as part of a team across the Southern Highlands region , you will enjoy autonomy in carrying out your work, traveling to aged care homes to conduct AN-ACC assessments.
While direct care isn't part the day-to-day work, you will use your expert clinical skills and knowledge to conduct interviews with residents and staff and review health records to inform the AN-ACC assessment.

What you bring:
5 years’ experience in aged care or a related area of health care, including working with people with dementia
Demonstrated experience in aged care including working with people with dementia.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Able to conduct clinical assessments using a range of assessment tools.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine desire to improve the lives of older Australians.
Your own vehicle as travel will be required within your region.
