Junior Account Specialist
About the Role
Due to continued growth, MyIntegra is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. In this position, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, supporting internal teams, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving invoice-related queries and helping providers receive prompt payments.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process invoices in line with internal procedures.
- Manage the invoice email inbox and respond to provider queries.
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Action support tickets and resolve transaction issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to troubleshoot and resolve payment-related concerns.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical, accounting, banking, or data entry roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A calm, focused approach under pressure.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, OCR tools, and NDIS processes (desirable).
- Understanding of the Privacy Act and NDIS Code of Conduct is desirable.
