How APM’s Employee Resource Groups encourages belonging and connection
One of things that makes APM special is the sense of belonging and connection we foster within our teams and with each other.
We love the fact that we are all different and we’ve worked hard to create a place where our people can belong and feel accepted, where they can bring their authentic self to work, and empowered to do their best work.
To support APM’s efforts and provide an important first-hand perspective, our people can become involved in APM’s Employee Resource Groups that focus on disability, LBGTQIA+ and First Nations engagement and initiatives.
