We are currently seeking a full time Administration Manager who is proactive with a positive "can-do" attitude for our clinic in Launceston, TAS!

The opportunity:
- Full Time position M-F
- Manage and distribute bulk client communications e.g standard clinic letters, holiday closures, client newsletters.
- Work with ESA Operations team to ensure administration processes incorporate local clinic requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of client service via email, telephone, and face to face.
- Accurately provide information to clients and community regarding services provided by the clinic.
- Work with the Practice Principal to promote the clinic and effectively manage the clinic waiting list.
- Manage the training and professional development of the Administration team.
- Comply with and promote work related policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health & Safety, Emergency Procedures and Child Safety.

What do you need to join?
- Passion and a proactive interest in allied health
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 5 years or more Experience with payments/billing and HICAPS/Medicare
- General Office/Administration experience
- Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, CPR and First Aid certificate.
