The Construct Health team in Moranbah are part of the larger Biosymm group with a large team providing allied health services across Australia and attractive employee benefits to it's team members. The role is located in our four room clinic located in town with a team of 7 clinicians and supporting administration services locally for the Moranbah Clinic.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to gain entry into the stable and secure medical industry. We are seeking a professional, reliable and customer oriented front desk administration team member. You will have an interest in health care and will be the first point of contact face-to-face and by phone. You will be friendly, organised, flexible and pride yourself in providing excellent customer care.

This is a part time Administration Assistant role, available before and after school, with the ability to work until 06:30PM (early starts and late finishes shared between team members).

What we need

• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office packages, Teams)

• Medical administration experience welcomed, but not essential

• Good ability to multi task and problem solve

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Critical attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise patient care while working calmly in a busy environment

• Flexibility to provide additional hours at times to cover leave periods within the admin team as required during the year
