Business Support Coordinator – Human Psychology

Your Role:
As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
- Maintain accurate client records and support reporting needs
- Assist with Medicare billing, Hi-Caps, EFTPOS transactions, and account management
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and workflow coordination
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
- Liaise with IT and systems support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in reception or administrative support (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with practice management software (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation
- Familiarity with Medicare billing, Hi-Caps, and EFTPOS (desirable)
