Working in the Brisbane CBD office, you will join a growing, psychology-based organisation that is well respected in the wellbeing industry.
As a Business Support Officer, you will work closely with the Business Performance manager and the broader Assure team to provide a comforting environment for our clients as well as exceptional office management. This is a client facing role with a range of administrative duties.
We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in the areas: administration, file and data base management, computer literacy, data entry, office inventory, invoicing and diary scheduling.

What you’ll bring
Strong customer relationship skills
Experience working in a fast paced, reactive office environment in a reception capacity
Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Administrative experience including invoicing, account reconciliation, reporting and file management
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
