Client Services Officer
Client Services Officer – Assure (APM Group)
Assure breaks the mould of traditional call centres. Here, initiative, empathy, and critical thinking are valued just as much as performance. As a Client Services Officer, you’ll be the vital connector between clients and Assure EAP services, managing calls with care and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences from the first interaction
- Think on your feet to resolve sensitive enquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate across teams to provide tailored support
- Update client info and use internal systems to assist effectively
The Role
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday roster (7am–5pm)
- Flexible scheduling available
- Ongoing coaching and development provided
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for customer service (retail, hospitality or call centre welcome)
- Confident multitasker across CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-friendly
- Career-driven, with growth opportunities across APM Group
