As Clinical Manager, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll lead and empower a team of skilled mental health clinicians, ensuring they deliver their best through expert clinical governance, ongoing development, and your leadership. You’ll also maintain your own diverse caseload, keeping your clinical skills sharp and your work deeply meaningful.

We’re Looking For a Leader Who

• Holds qualifications in Psychology or Social Work (with current registration)

• Brings broad experience supporting individuals through personal and workplace challenges

• Is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams

• Has experience in workplace interventions like training, coaching, and facilitated discussions

• Thrives in a collaborative environment, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Sees opportunities to grow our impact through client engagement and service promotion
