About the role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to develop engaging print and digital content that brings our Graduate EVP to life. If you have a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for design, we’d love to hear from you!
You would be responsible for:
- Filming and editing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Designing eye-catching digital and printed materials using Canva.
- Working alongside the early careers team to grow brand awareness.
- Creating and managing a social media content calendar, scheduling 2-3 Graduate recruitment related posts per week.
- Developing content strategies that appeal to a Graduate audience in the allied health sector.
- Monitoring social media trends and adjust content to maximise reach and engagement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing messages across channels.
- Managing branding event registration and collateral.
What you will bring:
- Strong skills in Canva and video editing tools.
- Confidence in filming and being behind the camera to capture dynamic, real- time content.
- Proven experience creating content that resonates with Gen Z or graduate level audiences.
- Understanding of social media analytics and how to optimise content performance.
- The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
