Employer Brand Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Engagement on a 12-month contract and having the opportunity to be based across any of our locations in Perth and Melbourne the Employer Brand Manager will be a key member of the APM Therapy Group’s Engagement and Marketing team.
As an experienced marketing, human resources or talent acquisition professional, you will be a strategic thinker, creative content developer and storyteller who crafts engaging communications to connect with prospective allied health candidates with our organisation’s purpose, culture and client stories.
What you will do
- Develop and implement employer brand strategies that position APM Therapy Group and its key brands an employer of choice for both graduates and experience therapists in the allied health sector.
- Produce engaging, high-quality content across video, blog, print and social media channels to showcase the brands’ culture, values and impact on clients and communities nationwide.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, owned webinar events, expos, conferences, and industry presentations to attract top talent.
- Oversee programmatic marketing and advertising initiatives, including managing digital relationships with agencies.
What you will bring
You are a curious, proactive, creative problem solver, who thrives in a customer-focussed environment. You will work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with the team. You will bring a genuine interest and passion for the health and disability sectors and a keenness to underpin APM’s marketing team and strategies, along with:
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field (min 5 years).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills and writing for social media.
- Proven commercial and analytical capability and the ability to leverage data-driven insights.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experienced using Sharepoint, Canva, Viva Engage experience.
