A day in the life of an Employment Consultant for this role:
- No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks
- Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment
- Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
- Comply with compliance and database input requirements
- Building lasting connections - You will form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has a chance to shine

Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
A MyGovID (Standard level)
Willing to complete a National Police Check
Able to pass a Working with Children Check
Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
