About the Role…  

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability? As an Engagement Consultant at APM Futures, you’ll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. You’ll build strong community relationships, promote APM’s services, and help participants achieve their goals.

Location: You will be based at our APM Darra, Qld office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators and community organisations to build business and attract new participants
  • Deliver NDIS employment Supports to our NDIS participants
  • Promote APM Futures at local expos and events.
  • Manage and convert leads from APM’s marketing and service centre.
  • Build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and APM policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.

To be considered, you will have... 

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Have current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
  • Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
