You will:
Engage with community programs, events, and organisations to broaden APM’s presence

Excellent time management and organisational skills — self‑organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively
High levels of initiative and the ability to work independently
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of local community networks and opportunities for social and economic participation
Experience supporting people with disability, or relevant lived experience
Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and digital systems
A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
Why You’ll Love Working With APM
This role offers variety, purpose, and the opportunity to support people in building long‑term independence.
You’ll enjoy:

Access to the APM Family Hub
Salary packaging options, including vehicle leasing through Maxxia
You will also need:
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
A MyGovID (Standard level)
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
