We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who’s passionate about developing people, enhancing team performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IEA Leadership team to identify training needs and provide learning and development solutions

• Support new and existing staff in their roles as EC’s
• Organise and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually
• Manage the learning management system (LMS), including user support
• Research and implement best practice in learning and development to enhance employee engagement and retention

• Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Employment Services, including detailed contractual understanding

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident using programs such as Microsoft Suite etc
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
• Positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to demonstrate initiative whilst working autonomously
• Flexible to travel across locations during the week
