Are you passionate about shaping the future of learning? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Designer to join our Employable Me and RTO teams.
About the Role:
As a Learning Designer, you will:
Develop high-quality learning materials for use globally.
Design and develop interactive elements and games.
Work with SMEs to research, write, and update learning resources.
Leverage cutting-edge education technology to enhance learner engagement.
Ensure content aligns with industry standards and best practices.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
A formal qualification in instructional design, education, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing online learning programs.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.
Expertise in authoring tools, LMS platforms, and digital design software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
A collaborative, proactive approach to working with subject matter experts.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends in adult education and learning methodologies.
A deep passion for learning innovation and driving positive learner outcomes.
