The Role
As the Lease Administrator based in our head office in West Perth on a 12 month maternity leave cover you will be responsible for supporting our Leasing Managers and multiple regions within APM Groups Property Portfolio.
This role plays a key part in providing internal support and advice to all stakeholders that collaborate with our property team. This role would be a great role for someone who has experience across multiple ongoing projects, attention to detail and with an interest in commercial leasing.
In this role you will
- Manage all aspects of lease documentation, including tracking lease terms, renewals and terminations
- Handle lease payments, ensuring accurate recording of lease-related expenses.
- Maintain accurate and up to date property records and tenancy information
- Provide high-level administrative support including drafting correspondence, updating registers and supporting team meetings
- Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and other relevant parties regarding lease related matters
