Marketing Coordinator
Early Start Australia are on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team across any capital city in Australia on a full-time or part time (minimum four days) basis.
About the Role
As a key player in our therapy portfolio marketing team, you'll be creating engaging content for websites, social media channels, brochures and other digital and traditional platforms.
You’ll be joining a high-performing team who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity across the business.
What you will do
- Create compelling content: Develop strategic, engaging content for multiple platforms, including SEO articles, short-form copywriting, visual assets in Canva, EDMs, and print materials.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns: Plan, produce, and execute impactful marketing campaigns including monthly customer newsletters.
- Support local marketing campaigns: Work closely with our clinical teams to support them with local outreach activities including presentations, industry events and collateral.
- Social media strategies: Build and manage our online communities with effective social media strategies.
- Support key initiatives: Use analytics, research, and surveys to gather reports and support our marketing efforts.
What you will bring
- Passion for content: You love creating both written and visual content for different audiences.
- Driven by details: You’re an expert communicator with powerful proof-reading skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player: You’re a self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with your team and external stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic marketer: You're proactive, curious, and customer focused.
- Health industry knowledge: You have a genuine interest in the NDIS and disability sector and understand the rules around advertising health services.
- Valuable experience: At least three years in a marketing role and with tertiary qualifications.
- Best practices: You know how use key marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, CRM platforms, Sprout Social or similar social management software. And of course you have experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
