We are looking for an experienced Occupational Hygienist to lead and support our Hygiene Technician team and ensure our clients receive high-quality, compliant, and practical solutions to workplace health risks.
You will:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Hygiene Technicians
- Oversee and ensure quality service delivery to clients across various industries
- Conduct occupational hygiene assessments including noise, dust, water, asbestos, diesel particulate and chemical exposure
- Conduct occupational health assessments including audiometric, spirometry and fit testing
- Develop and implement exposure monitoring programs
- Prepare detailed technical reports and communicate findings effectively
- Provide expert advice on hazard control and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver integrated health and safety solutions
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Hygiene, Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in occupational hygiene and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Membership with the AIOH
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Mining experience preferable
