About the Role

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across a varied caseload
  • Lead and mentor junior clinicians
  • Conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning
  • Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals
  • Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience (rehab, CTP, or occupational health preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Current driver licence
