About the Role
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across a varied caseload
- Lead and mentor junior clinicians
- Conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning
- Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals
- Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience (rehab, CTP, or occupational health preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current driver licence
