We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist to join our team in Wellington - Immerse yourself in its creative heartbeat, explore picturesque waterfronts, and relish the surrounding hills' embrace.
About the role
Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.
Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW)
- Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
- Knowledge of vocational services pathways
What you’ll do
- Use your clinical expertise to support clients in workplaces and communities - no two days are the same
- Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes
- Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation
What you’ll bring
- A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care
- High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders
- At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation.
