People Analytics Partner

The Role 
 
The People Analytics Partner plays a critical role in shaping how data informs workforce strategy across APM. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality people insights, reporting, and analytics that drive informed, evidence-based decision-making across ANZ and global P&C functions. 
 
Based in Brisbane or Perth (Hybrid), this is a full-time opportunity working in a collaborative, high-impact team environment. 
 
In This Role You Will 
 

  • Partner with senior P&C leaders and business stakeholders to shape workforce strategy through data-informed insights and recommendations 

  • Deliver meaningful people reporting and identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that inform organisational planning, talent priorities, and business outcomes 

  • Lead the design and evolution of dashboard products and reporting experiences that improve leader access to, and understanding of, workforce insights 

  • Translate complex workforce information into clear, practical insights that support confident and informed decision-making 

  • Develop and optimise scalable data models, integrated datasets, and reporting frameworks 

  • Build insight capability across P&C and the broader business through collaboration with Digital and key stakeholders 

Skills You’ll Bring 

  • Proven experience in a senior people analytics or workforce analytics role, ideally within a complex, multi-region organisation 

  • Exceptional data visualisation and storytelling capability, translating complex data into clear, business-relevant insights 

  • Strong understanding of workforce metrics and employee lifecycle data 

  • Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Query 

  • Strong background in Power BI, data modelling, and HRIS dat. 

  • Experience establishing or working within data governance frameworks 

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and build data capability in non-technical audiences
