Mobility have developed an innovative mobile app to revolutionise the way home care is delivered in Australia.
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst to join our team and transform complex business data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation. If you are passionate about storytelling with data and leveraging analytics to solve business challenges, we want to hear from you! This is a Part-time permanent opportunity
Experience/Skills
• Dashboard and Report Development: Design and create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI to meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and ensure analytics solutions address key business needs.
• Data Modeling: Build efficient data models and relationships within Power BI using Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Data Visualization: Translate data into meaningful visualizations, charts, and metrics to communicate clear and impactful stories to stakeholders.
• Performance Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.
Personal Qualities
• Works well under pressure and can work to occasional tight deadlines.
• Fantastic communication skills, friendly and approachable.
• A commitment to delivering high quality reports.
• A strong work ethic and ‘can-do’ problem solving attitude.
Nice to Have:
• Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Cloud tools, and third-party APIs.
• Understanding of the CI/CD pipelines in Power BI.
