About the Role
As Practice Principal, you’ll lead clinic performance, team culture and clinical quality—while still managing your own caseload.
You’ll work closely with the State Manager to drive growth, consistency and outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of clinical care and service quality
- Mentor and develop clinicians, driving performance and engagement
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team growth
- Oversee clinic operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Act as the key liaison with the broader Lifecare network
- Contribute to financial performance, growth and local marketing initiatives
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in private practice physiotherapy
- Leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong clinical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with interest in clinic performance
Leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
