Your Role
As a Psychologist at ESA, you’ll empower children and families to achieve independence and participation through:
- Conducting standardized clinical assessments to identify goals and needs.
- Providing education, support, and counselling to clients and families.
- Developing functional, routine-based goals and delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Reviewing progress and setting new priorities collaboratively.
- Promoting inclusion in community activities and working closely with stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Psychology with current AHPRA registration.
- Passion: A love for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful.
- Skills: Strong counselling abilities and knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and parents.
- Experience: Risk and mental health assessment experience is desirable.
- Compliance: AHPRA registration, WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS screening, Covid-19 vaccination/exemption, First Aid, Driver’s License & insured vehicle.
