Psychology Assessment Lead

Are you an experienced psychologist passionate about Autism, ADHD, and developmental assessments? Step into a leadership role where you’ll guide a skilled team, deliver high-quality diagnostic services, and shape best practices in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

With 46 clinics across the country and a team of 600+ professionals, we proudly support over 28,000 families nationwide. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Psychology Assessment Leader to join our warm and welcoming team!

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead training and upskilling initiatives to develop psychologists’ expertise in diagnostic assessments, while providing quality oversight of assessments nationally
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), and other developmental and psycho-educational needs.
  • Provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents with autism, and their families.
  • Offer clinical supervision and contribute to the leadership and development of a cohesive, growth-oriented team.

What you’ll bring

  • A fully registered or endorsed psychologist with a strong interest in neurodiversity, especially Autism and ADHD.
  • Skilled in diagnostic assessments, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Trained in ADOS and MIGDAS tools.
  • Experienced in private practice and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and fostering team growth.
  • A Board-approved supervisor (highly desirable).
  • Up-to-date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence & Vehicle.
