Regional Administration Lead

We’re looking for a Regional Administration Lead to join our multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality support to our clients, families, and therapists.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception: greet families, handle enquiries, schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare intake documents
• Support clinicians with daily administrative needs
• Coordinate cancellations, waitlists, and group programs
• Process invoices and payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS)
• Reconcile accounts and assist with debtor management
• Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and compliant with WHS and child‑safe standards
• Provide guidance to junior admin staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

What You’ll Bring

• Senior admin experience, ideally in allied health
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and practice management software
• Experience with billing, scheduling, and Medicare/NDIS processes
• A genuine passion for supporting children and families
• Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
