You will also have a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence.
Your own mentors: Feel reassured that you’ll be mentored by an experienced clinician, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, client’s homes and schools, and via telehealth. You’ll also have 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician to support your career ambitions for the future.

Life as a graduate Psychologist at Early Start Australia:
Psychologists work in partnership with the young person, their parents and other important people in their life such as doctors, teachers and other health professionals to address mental health, wellbeing and learning challenges.

About our Grads
We are looking for Grads who share our passion for making a difference and making therapy a fun, engaging and meaningful experience for families. You are enthusiastic and thrive in an environment that welcomes the fresh ideas you can bring to the wider team.
You will also have:
- A master's degree in psychology
- Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA
- Be eligible for the 5+1 supervision or have completed
- Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- Hold a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain
- Hold a clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- Hold a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain
- Hold a First Aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtain
