Rehabilitation Consultant

In this role, you will:
- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments dependant on your area of clinical expertise – these may include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
- Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’ll also need to have:
- Professional registration with AHPRA (provisional or full), AASW or ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology (with completion of your Masters), Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
